The Southbury Library invites you to an afternoon of scary poems and stories. Come bring your spookiest poems and stories to share. Southbury Poet Laureate Faith Vicinanza will lead this program and bring some of her favorite scary works.

Faith Vicinanza is a published poet and visual artist who has resided in Southbury since 2016. Ms. Vicinanza has published 4 books of poetry, with 3 more on the way. She was a nominee for State Poet Laureate in 2000 and the recipient of the Connecticut Commission on the Arts Advocate for the Arts Award in 2003.

Like all Southbury Public Library programs, this program is free to attend and open to anyone regardless of town of residency. Registration is required. https://www.southburylibrary.org/event/scary-poems-and-stories
