POETRY ON THE PATIO

"When poetry happens and what poets do about it"
Tuesday, September 24th at 6:30 (rain date 9/26)

Come to the patio for an elegant evening of poetry and refreshments, where we can appreciate the beauty and power of poetry. Bessy Reyna, Poet Laureate of Bolton, will share her experiences in becoming a poet and share some of her inspirational poetry and the unexpected sources that inspired her. We will also share the experience of selected poems by other poets to further expand our appreciation of the diversity poetry can offer. Books of poetry for all ages will be on display at the library.
