Led by West Hartford PL Emerita and UCONN Professor Julie Choffel, this group will meet to read and discuss poems by contemporary writers that speak to our lives today. Participants will gain new approaches to reading poetry of all kinds and leave with a writing prompt to try on their own. Each meeting will cover new material. People are welcome to attend all meetings or to pick and choose.
Free to the public with advance registration.
ADDITIONAL DAYS: Various Tuesdays in the fall and spring.
